Enterprise Cybersecurity & Operational Security Framework

Data Security Standards

Aavenza Technologies Pvt. Ltd. maintains a military-grade security posture engineered for public sector governance, critical banking systems, and enterprise data processing. We enforce zero-trust defense-in-depth across software development, AI workflows, and physical record digitization.

01. Cryptographic Standards & Key Management

All electronic systems engineered by Aavenza utilize hardened cryptographic algorithms:

  • Data in Transit: Encrypted using TLS 1.3 with AES-256-GCM or ChaCha20-Poly1305 ciphers. Legacy TLS 1.0, 1.1, and SSLv3 are strictly disabled across all edge endpoints.
  • Data at Rest: All databases, disk volumes, object storage buckets (S3/Azure Blob), and backup archives are protected with AES-256 encryption.
  • Key Management: Encryption keys are managed through Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) using AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, or customer-managed external KMS with mandatory automated 90-day rotation.

02. Physical Digitization & Chain-of-Custody Protocols

When processing paper files, historical manuscripts, court records, or sensitive enterprise documents:

A. Barcode & RF-Tagged Manifest TrackingEvery batch of physical files received is cataloged with tamper-evident serial barcodes and recorded into an immutable audit ledger with timestamps and liaison officer sign-offs.
B. Biometric & CCTV Clean-Room EnvironmentsScanning terminals are housed within physically locked clean rooms accessible only by authorized personnel via biometric fingerprint scanners. 24/7 CCTV surveillance footage is retained for 90 days.
C. Strict Clean-Desk & Device-Free PolicyScanning operators are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, USB drives, cameras, paper, or personal electronics into the scanning zone.
D. Cryptographic Bit-Level VerificationEach scanned TIFF/PDF output is hashed with SHA-256 checksums immediately upon capture to verify mathematical fidelity between capture and delivery.

03. Enterprise AI & LLM Isolation Standards

For organizations deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational AI, or automated document extraction:

  • Dedicated VPC Enclaves: AI inferencing pipelines operate inside isolated Virtual Private Clouds with no public internet ingress.
  • Row-Level Vector Security: Vector databases (e.g. pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant) enforce tenant-level partition isolation and role-based document access control so employees only query information they have security clearance to view.
  • Zero Data Retention Agreements: All enterprise model API endpoints are bound by commercial non-retention agreements where prompts, embeddings, and context documents are purged immediately after execution.

04. Sovereign Cloud & Network Defense

  • MeitY-Empaneled Cloud Infrastructure: For Indian government and PSU clients, all compute, storage, and database services are hosted exclusively on Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) approved cloud providers (such as AWS Mumbai/Hyderabad or Azure India Central).
  • DDoS & Web Application Firewall (WAF): Enterprise workloads are protected by cloud WAFs mitigating OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, automated botnets, and volumetric layer 3/4/7 DDoS attacks.
  • Network Segmentation: Database instances reside in private subnets with zero public IP addresses, accessible only via secure bastion jump hosts or IPSec VPN tunnels.

05. Incident Response & CERT-In Reporting SLA

Our dedicated Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) continuously monitors intrusion detection feeds, container runtime anomalies, and authentication telemetry.

In the unlikely event of a verified data compromise, Aavenza enforces strict emergency escalation:

  • T+6 Hours: Mandatory formal notification to the affected client's designated Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
  • Regulatory Reporting: Compliance with statutory CERT-In cybersecurity incident reporting directives within stipulated timelines.
  • Forensics & Containment: Immediate execution of automated containment playbooks, forensic snapshotting, and remediation review.
